NIHR Research Support Service (RSS) Hub: delivered by Newcastle University and Partners
The NIHR Research Support Service (RSS) has replaced the NIHR Research Design Service (RDS). It is funded by the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) and is a partnership with the Universities of Newcastle, Durham, Cumbria, Northumbria, Sunderland and Teesside, Newcastle City Council, Gateshead Metropolitan Borough Council, Middlesbrough Council, Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council and North of England Commissioning Support Unit. The RSS aims to support integrating research development, design and delivery in health care, in public health, and in social care, responding to changing needs and priorities.
They offer specialist advice on all aspects of a grant application including and designing a study.
